I am also current Board President of Y-ME National Breast Cancer NE Oklahoma Affiliate.<br /><br />Back to the mortgage industry, things have been pretty easy to get a loan for anyone with any kind of credit, but the industry now is under so much scrutiny with the foreclosures and deliquencies that we have already been getting updates for tighter underwriting guidelines, I'll keep you posted.
